應用

球形型罐底閥是一款氣動(dòng)座閥，擁有衛生和靈活的設計，基于成熟的單座閥設計平臺，

少而簡(jiǎn)單的活動(dòng)部件使該閥非?？煽?，并且降低了其維護成本。

用于切斷或打開(kāi)通往儲罐的管道。廣泛應用于釀酒,乳制品,飲料.制藥等工業(yè)中。

工作原理

球形罐底閥可通過(guò)壓縮空氣進(jìn)行遙控,其由1個(gè)閥門(mén)和1個(gè)罐底法蘭構成.為減小密

封件的磨損，對密封件的壓縮是通過(guò)金屬之間的接觸來(lái)實(shí)現的。

罐底有兩種結構形式:

罐底閥與罐底法蘭之間是卡箍連接的,稍微松開(kāi)卡箍，就可以將閥門(mén)轉向任何位置,這

確保了高度的靈活性。儲罐法蘭直接焊接在儲罐上。

罐底閥與罐底法蘭之間是螺栓連接的，閥門(mén)可360。旋轉。儲罐法蘭直接焊接在儲罐

上。

Sanitary Tank Bottom Valve

Applications:

 tank bottom valve is a pneumatic seat valve, which sanitary and agile design ,basis 

on mature single seat valve design, less flexible parts, reduce the service cost. used for 

close or open to tank pipe. widely used for brewing, dairy, drink, pharmcy industry.

Operating Principles:  

tank bottom valve is controled by compress air,include 

1 valve and 1 tank bottom flanges. to reduce abrasion for seal parts, to achieve 

compressing seal through touching between metal.

 tank bottom valve have two kinds:

 tank bottom valve and flanges are connected by clamp ，relax 

Clamp ,the valve can turn any position, highly flexible. deposited tank valve welding on 

the tank.

 tank bottom valve and flanges are connected by Bolt. The 

vave can turn any position. tank valve flange welding ON the TANK.
