概述  

1、罐體系統:罐體材質(zhì)，316L或304不銹鋼; 罐體設計壓力0.3MPa; 夾套設計壓力: 0.35MPa;罐體結構:帶發(fā)酵罐專(zhuān)用取樣、放料閥，帶有標準溫度、PH、DO 傳感器插口;罐蓋結構: 標準泡沫電極插口1個(gè); 視燈視鏡口1個(gè); 通用補料接口3個(gè); 接種口1個(gè); 排氣口1個(gè);表面處理: 不銹鋼內外鏡面拋光，拋光精度Ra0.4;                                

2、滅菌方式: 在位蒸汽滅菌;    

3、攪拌系統: 三層六平葉發(fā)酵專(zhuān)用標準槳; 控制范圍:50~300rpm,控制精度: ±:1%;  

4、溫度控制: 冷卻水溫度+5~ 65℃; 精度: ±0.1℃;                                                

5、PH控制: 瑞士梅特勒PH電極及屏蔽導線(xiàn); 范圍:2~12pH,控制精度: ±:0.02pH ;
